A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier than 3 p.m., you can always leave things behind and a late check-out can take place after consultation and for a surcharge if the room has not been booked by a next guest.
A: To make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible, they have access to towels. A set of towels will be provided upon arrival and if new towels are required, they can be thrown in the laundry basket and replaced. We replace towels a maximum of once a day and ask guests to be aware of the environment.
A: There is 1 parking space at the property and if it is already occupied, you can park for free on the street.
A: At Casa Tims you rent a studio or apartment and there is no cleaning every day like at a hotel. For longer stays, the bed will be cleaned and the bed changed after a week. Additional cleaning is possible in consultation and for a surcharge.

A: Calpe is a medium sized town known for its beaches, golf, fish and of course the large Peñón de Ifach. This large rock cannot be avoided and is the symbol of the city. In addition, Peñón de Ifach is a great place for rock climbing, snorkeling and diving. This large rock is 332mtr. high and one of many reasons why the city attracts thousands of tourists every year. A negative consequence of this is that such cities are often covered by high-rise buildings. However, despite the many tourists, Calpe has managed to retain its character. The city has a beautiful old city center, there are several historical places in the city and in the middle of Calpe you will find a 500-hectare natural park where hundreds of flamingos live. Despite the crowds, this makes Calpe a nice destination to travel to if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.
